Xavier Thomas is a visionary creative professional and the founder of MiracleArts, an arts education organization dedicated to empowering emerging creatives in Minnesota. His journey began during his childhood, inspired by a desire to create platforms for artistic expression within his community. This vision materialized through his participation in the Minnesota State University-Mankato (MNSU) Big Ideas Challenge, leading to the establishment of MiracleArts under MNSU's African American Affairs.

Hello! My name is Ellie Hechter (she/her), and I am a Minnesota based non-formal science educator. My experiences focus primarily on working with youth and the public to create connections to science and the environment. I am passionate about breaking barriers to science fields and educational opportunities, and a priority in my work is to engage marginalized communities.

I am Minnesota's Ombudsperson for Asian Pacific Families in the MN Office of Ombudspersons for Families. I also am co-founder and co-chair of the State of Minnesota's AAPI Employee Resource Group, Minnesota Employees of Asian Descent (MEAD).
